Assigning training to an individual vs a position in train trac

To keep training management simple and easy, train trac is designed to assign training by position not individual. However, one of the ways to work around this is to create and assign additional positions/job roles for individual employees. For example we can add a position called something like "Down Cow Team" and assign the non-ambulatory training to that position. Then we would assign this new position to the individual in addition to their main position.
