ONE - User Roles and Permissions Overview

Users in the ONE™ Platform are managed in the People module.  There are currently four role types in ONE™.


Role

Description

Employee

A general user with limited permissions (Can be employees or professionals)

Site Administrator

(formerly - Facility Admins)

A user with site level permissions that enable them to manage employee users and manage site level settings (Can be employees or professionals)

Company Administrator

A user with company level permissions that enable them to manage Site Admins and employee users and company wide settings. (Can be employees or professionals)

Company Owner

A user with the most permissions that can manage company admins, site admins and employee users and company and site settings as well as manage subscription and billing information. (Subscription owner only)
